What this website processes
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. When you visit, technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times may be processed to deliver the site, prevent abuse and diagnose errors. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts, account registration or payment forms to this website. Fonts and images are hosted with the site.
When you email us
If you contact support@tapreels.app, we receive your email address, message and anything you choose to send. We use this information to answer your enquiry and manage support. Please do not email passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers or confidential customer data. Support email is handled through Google Workspace.
Use, sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Service providers process information for hosting, security and email. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights. We keep support correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to address the enquiry and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Technical-log retention is subject to our providers’ operational and security practices.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have supplied by emailing support@tapreels.app. Applicable rights depend on your location; we may need to verify your request and retain information required by law. Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it. Where applicable, you may complain to your local data-protection authority.
International processing and children
Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. This website is directed to adult business users, not children, and we do not knowingly seek children’s personal information.
