At launch, plans renew automatically monthly or annually until cancelled. Annual plans are charged in full upfront; credits are allocated through the year, not all at once. Credits do not roll over. Video formats use 1, 2 or 4 credits; other generation actions and their costs will be shown in the studio before confirmation. Cancel to stop the next renewal. See our refund and cancellation policy. Can I use Tapreels right now?

Not yet. This is our public product and pricing site while we prepare the studio for launch. We are not opening accounts, taking payments or accepting uploads here.

Do I need to film anything?

The studio is designed around your app’s screenshots and AI-assisted creative assets. You will be able to make promotional videos without filming yourself.

Can I use the videos in ads?

That is an intended use. You must have rights to your source material and review your output for accuracy, rights and platform rules. AI output may not be unique, and rights depend on the material and applicable law.

How will delivery work?

After launch, paid access will be provided online following successful payment. Generated videos will be available digitally in your workspace; processing time varies. There is no physical shipping.

What if I need a refund or want to cancel?

Contact support within 7 days of your initial payment for a refund if no paid credits have been used. Cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Full details are in our refund policy.
